I've been typing for a while lol but Mike has been great thus far, I appreciate the instruction and guidance I've been provided with so far. I like this style of therapy because it's the way I enjoy learning and growing, with the ability to work on what I need to from someone else's point of view not just what I think is wrong or is instructed by doctors what I should do. Let's me give myself the kick in the butt I want also

My first session with Michael was very telling. I could hear his experience with the way he worked a question and sub questions and how he was able to draw conclusions without me saying them. As a busy mom of young children, a household and work, I truly appreciate not having to spell out every detail of every situation. Michael is comfortable knowing when to jump in with an assumption of what happened next and when to step back and let me talk.
