Mike is a professional providing valuable insight and a down to earth, no nonsense approach that's just right for me. The intensity is just right and can't recall ever a shallow discussion. I originally thought "digital therapy" would not work for me based on my first experiences with it. I want to add, for those out there in similar situations, I'm a father of two children, operate a growing business, and am in process of divorce. In late 2022, BetterHelp's filtering presented Mike. Mike is really great. I am so lucky to have met him, especially never had therapy before and not sure I really even needed it. He is very personable, thoughtful and easy to talk to, and even after I drone on with a number of non sequiturs, it is amazing how he is able to pick up on even the slightest thing I say and put it in perfect context. After only a few sessions discussing a fairly multifaceted issue, I can tell that Mike is really, really good at his profession. Very highly recommend him, as long as it doesn't make it harder for me to schedule a session with him. ;)
