My counselor is very helpful. This is my first time using better help and im glad I found a suitable therapist on my first try. She really listens to what I'm saying and gives me multiple ways on helping me cope with situations :)

Great perspective and asks important questions.

Michele is kind and understanding. She takes the information you give and synthesizes it to help you get to the root of what you are feeling. She helps you feel like the issue your tackling is in partnership and less alone. I was weary about this form of counseling at first but Michele certainly helped me become more comfortable with it- for that I am grateful.

Michele is so thoughtful. She is understanding and accommodating to my schedule. She also is very prompt in responding to my concerns or attempts to reach out for guidance. Michele listens carefully to my thoughts and concerns, helping me work through them while also providing advice to grow in the future. She is extremely easy and comforting to work with. I would recommend her to everyone. I’ve seen multiple counselors over the years, but have never felt as comfortable with anyone as I have with Michele.

SHE IS UNBELIEVABLY WONDERFUL. I feel heard, understood, supported, and like someone is on my team.

Michele is a good listener, gets to the point. I feel like I improve after every session while therapists in the past just let me rattle on without providing me with any help.

Michele has only known me for a short amount of time and already offers great advice that I honestly didn’t even know I needed. She’s great.
