About me

I'm a Certified Therapist, Life Coach and author of the book ‘Look Inside: Stop Seeking Start Living’. I have over 20 years of experience working with clients based in the UK and internationally.
My methodology provides a holistic approach by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. I approach therapy in a very integrative, client-centered manner to ensure the highest quality of care is provided and I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote growth.
I can also accommodate your specific needs whilst encouraging you to be 'the best you' and we can decide on whether you would like short or long-term sessions during our time together.
I've worked with many issues such as Stress, Divorce, Anxiety, Confidence, Grief, Self-esteem, Career difficulties, Depression and Life change.

During the sessions, I support clients to become better decision-makers and action takers without the stress, overwhelm, anxiety and burnout, especially if you're overthinking, stressed, anxious or overwhelmed.
