Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Michele Frey. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

When I found Better Help and they matched me with a therapist based on a questionnaire that I filled out. They scheduled an appointment for me based on mine and Dr. Frey’s schedule. The moment I started speaking with her I thought this is someone who genuinely cares about what I’m saying. We just really hit it off from the start and she’s been my therapist ever since. I couldn’t even consider talking to anyone else.
People you need to know that she is the best. I love her approach to therapy and it has really worked for me. Dr. Frey is just so engaging and interactive. I just love her and I’m sure that anyone else would feel the same. She is the best of the best!

Dr. Frey is the second therapist I’ve tried with BetterHelp and she’s a better fit for me. She’s compassionate, but very objective, which is exactly the type of dynamic I was looking for. I absolutely feel like I’m getting an unbiased and professional experience with her. I really appreciate that she’s offering more psychological evaluation of my behaviors, thoughts, and feelings too. I need someone to help me better understand why I am the way I am, and Dr. Frey is helping me get there.
