My conversations with Michella definitely help me from week to week. She make sure she follows up on things discussed in the past as well as pivoting where need be in conversation. She is appreciated and I feel that I truly have someone who can help me work through situations when life is going less than optimally.

Michella is the best therapist for me at this time in my life. She is so aware and informed about what's going on with me. She has given me so many coping skills to use when the triggers show up. I daily use the skills to manage my mental health because it's a daily thing. My mind doesn't take a break. Thank you
