I am so grateful for the therapy I’ve received from Michelle. Over the course of our sessions, she has truly helped me understand my anxiety in a way that I never thought possible. She took the time to listen and always responded with such empathy and understanding, making me feel seen and heard every step of the way. Her approach is not only thoughtful and effective but also incredibly supportive. I’ve walked away from each session with valuable tools to manage my anxiety and a deeper sense of clarity about myself. I can honestly say I’ve gotten so much out of my therapy and am feeling so much better, thanks to her guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is kind, insightful, and truly cares about helping others.
