She's patient and a good listener. She offers direction that isn't overwhelming when I get anxious about getting things done, socializing, or keeping up with life.

Michelle was always a breath of fresh air. Talking to her always helped things make sense. And even when I wasn’t able to make a session, she was there to chat with me when I needed. She always listened to my needs and concerns when I felt like nobody else did. She also helped me overcome a lot of irrational fears that I had. When I was so concerned about everyone else she reminded me that what I felt and wanted was important as well.
