Working with Michelle has been an incredibly empowering experience. She created a safe and supportive space for me to explore, heal, and grow and I always felt truly seen and heard during our sessions. Her guidance helped me gain a stronger sense of self and clarity in areas of my life that once felt overwhelming. I’m stepping away from therapy for now because I feel more grounded and capable which is a true reflection of how impactful our time together has been. I’m deeply grateful for all the insight, compassion, and tools she gave me and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend her to others!

Michelle is incredibly skilled, talented, understanding and equally helpful; she is exceptionally effective. Michelle is very patient, kind, courteous, and highly professional. After searching for what seems like forever, I finally found somebody after 50 years who I have all confidence can and will help me. Michelle is simply fantastic.

I have had four sessions with Michelle and scheduled my fifth as well. Michelle is firm without being rude, direct without being hurtful. She really makes you look inside yourself and doesn’t allow excuses. I really have looked forward to talking with her every week. My therapy journey is a long one and I feel confident in trusting her to help me with the process. Thank you, Michelle!
