About me

Hi, I'm Molly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida with 15 years of experience providing mental health and substance abuse services to adolescents and their families.

I believe it is often our past experiences that make-up our present and it influences our future. Through these experiences, we fashion our own individual stories. I strive to help individuals freely and openly unpack throughout the therapeutic process. I look to help each individual experience growth in their present and seek hope for their future. I use person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and a psychodynamic perspective to fit each client’s individual needs.

Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, substance use, family conflict, anger, conduct disorders, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and emotion regulation.

I look forward to working with you!

Molly has been such a light in my life. She truly cares and has helped me through the toughest times in my life. I feel like a new person after using Molly as my counselor. She really listens and helps me work on the root of the problem. She has taught me how to retrain my thoughts into positive rational thinking and Has taught me tools i can use to continue working on myself. I love that Molly follows up constantly And calls you out on your BS. She’s such a sweet and down to earth person and talks to you like you’ve been friends for years. I will miss her after I no longer need counseling, but happy To of been matched with such a wonderful and caring counselor that has helped me tremendously.

Molly is the most down to earth, lovely person. I love that she's gentle in her approach but not afraid to call me out on the stuff I need to work on. She always follows up on things we've talked about and gives me very reasonable homework so that I can practice what we discuss. Highly recommend Molly!

Molly has been a fantastic therapist! I was feeling so lost and confused prior to starting therapy. In our first session Molly instantly recognized an issue that I couldn’t tell was a huge roadblock in developing a relationship. Over the past few months, Molly has helped question my old ways of negative thinking and on other aspects of my life to the point the people closest to me noticed how much more focused and confident I’ve become. I appreciate the all progress I’ve made with Molly and I wish I had gone to therapy sooner

I don't have words to express how appreciative and thankful I am for Molly. I've had therapists before but never felt like they really helped me, but with Molly, it was different. I felt heard and supported from day one and she is so easy to talk to! Definitely recommend her. 100000/10
