I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon with 19+ years of professional experience. My doctoral degree is in Industrial Psychology with a special interest in career development. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief, coping with loss, career difficulties, depression, and coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will help you overcome challenges. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling, happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
My approach draws on views from a variety of disciplines, with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
