About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stressors/life changes, relationship issues, grief and loss, domestic violence, eating disorders, and those who have experienced physical or emotional abuse or trauma. I have also worked in the field of hospice, terminal illness, and end of life care.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I treat everyone with compassion, respect, and cultural sensitivity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, empowerment and strengths based, trauma-based, and rational-emotive counseling. I also implement Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma when applicable. I will design our sessions and treatment plan to meet your specific and unique needs.

It takes courage and strength to seek help and support. This is one of the first steps for change. I am ready to support and empower through this journey to seek a happier and more fulfilling life.
