About me

I'm a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With extensive experience, I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, and self-esteem concerns.

My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness. I create a safe, affirming space where you can explore your authentic self—whether that involves healing from trauma, rebuilding after loss, strengthening communication, or discovering your life's purpose. I'm particularly skilled in supporting clients through relationship transitions, attachment patterns, sexual assault recovery, domestic violence healing, and identity exploration.

I understand the intersecting complexities of identity and lived experience. Whether you're processing family dynamics, military service, chronic illness, or multicultural concerns, I honor your unique story with respect and without judgment.

My therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based practices to help you build resilience, reconnect with self-love, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you with genuine care and commitment.

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
