Dr. Najah Barton, LPC
About me
Hi, I’m Najah — a Licensed Professional Counselor based out of Pennsylvania. I’ve spent the past 10+ years helping people manage life when it feels heavy or unclear. My work focuses on stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have experience supporting veterans and professionals who carry a lot of responsibility and find it hard to slow down or reconnect with themselves.
My style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe you already have the strength and insight needed to move through what’s challenging you — my role is to help you see it more clearly and use it with confidence. Therapy with me is a space for you to feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment.
Taking the first step to start therapy takes courage, and if you’re here, that already says a lot about your readiness for change. I look forward to walking alongside you as you find your balance, healing, and clarity.
