I was a bit nervous about starting therapy as it can be difficult for me to be vulnerable but Nakie gives me the space to be vulnerable with no judgement and no shame, she doesn’t let me spiral in my self doubt nor blameful behavior but instead she gives me tools and advice to understand where others might be coming from and redirects that focus on me and is here for me and she makes sure to let me know that what I’m experiencing is valid and no one’s fault

Working with Nakie has been great she is , sweet, funny and genuine. I find it easy to talk to her like I would a friend. She listens and makes space to vent and I like that she gives me the option to pray in and out of each session. Highly recommend
