Hello and welcome to BetterHelp. My name is Nancilee Korth and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. Over the twenty plus years that I have been a mental health therapist, I have worked with individuals and groups needing help with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, substance abuse and relationship issues, LGBT issues, self-esteem, self-care, and communication. The therapeutic models I use in my work are a strength based focus, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and client-centered therapy. A major part of the work that we will do together is learning to live our best valued life, building psychological flexibility to handle the challenges that this life sets before us. The most important gift any of us can have is the security of knowing that we have the tools that we need to deal with whatever challenges this life hands us. I am excited to be a part of this therapeutic journey with you. I will be available through messaging, email, live chat or phone and look forward to meeting and working with you.

She is really understanding and helps you out in a way that you can practice everyday. She teaches you how to help yourself and is very good at. The way she explains everything out clearly with stories and books is amazing.

I had a few therapists decline to work with me when I expressed that I an a cult survivor. But Nancilee was different. She understood that my frustration was due to grief, loss, lack of emotional validation, and significant changes in my support system as a disabled person. She normalized all of these issues for me, and because of her, I am continuing to heal. I am so thankful. Definitely recommend Nancilee as a therapist.
