Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Nancy Ferguson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I came to Nancy during burnout from work, and immediately felt understood and was given tools to help me through. Nancy not only listens, she asks clarifying questions to understand. After each visit, I feel as if I learn something about myself; and not only how I can best navigate current circumstances, but that I can. I actually feel helped, which is very powerful for my healing journey. I'm grateful for Nancy and the energy she brings to our sessions.

She really lets me open up and lets me “wonder” with my thoughts. She guides me to the answers I didn’t know I needed.

Nancy comes to therapy offering a huge variety of tools that are flexible to the circumstance. I trust her intuition about what she tools she shares, and her acceptance of my feelings either rejecting or accepting them. I appreciate her notes from the session in the chat during our session, which allows me to just be myself following my own thoughts without having to write things down, and allowing her to capture the nuggets for me to think about between sessions. Using chat between sessions has also been helpful on hard days.
