About me
I am licensed in Maine with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, intimacy related issues, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. When requested, I also offer non-traditional modalities of Energy Psychology such as Emotional Freedom Techniques. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

I would not have healed as much as I have if not for Nancy. I’m not as quick to snap and I’m able to calm myself before the situation goes south. She listens and gives me tools to help myself grow and work through all of my trauma. You got a great one when you hired Nacy

I have been completely satisfied with Nancy Gnecco during my therapy sessions. I found her to be very kind, empathetic, compassionate and intuitive. During my first session with her, she was able to read my face and ask me questions about how I was feeling. I was so impressed by that ability alone, that I would not hesistate to recommend her to anyone, and I would use her again myself should the need arise. She also provided me with tools to help myself during the space between our sessions and kept in touch and checked on me in between. A wonderful woman. Definately and 10/10!
