Natalie Kramer, LCSW
About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in Indiana with 6 years of experience working as a psychocounselor and life coach. I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2016. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, coping with life changes, addictions, and mood disorders. I have worked in community mental health with varied experience as well as work within the criminal justice system with ex-offenders. My experience includes working with singles, couples, families, teenagers, adults, LGBT and groups.
My counseling style is warn and interactive. I believe in treating clients with respect, compassion, and empathy while adding value to their lives. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and mediation, emotionally focused techniques and psychodynamic treatment. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment to meet your specific and unique needs. My goal is to provide you with insight, tools, and techniques to help you gain self awareness to help you create lasting change.
I believe we can use the difficult people and difficult times in our lives to help us change and grow personally, or we can allow them to keep us stuck where we are. I also understand change requires courage. If you are willing to take a step toward making changes in your life, I am here to connect with you on your journey to create lasting change. A little about me: I am also a certified teacher, speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team.
I look forward to working with you!

Natalie is one of the most supportive and understanding therapists that I have ever had. Our history is long but I feel that there has been significant growth along the way. She is never condescending when I have a backslide and gives me new strategies to cope with my pain and anxiety. I would not trade Natalie for the world. Finding a therapist that understood me and that I felt I could trust was such a long process and her support is priceless.

She's the one therapist that out of the 8 years I've been in an out I've truly believed she cares and has hope in me. And doesn't let personal preferences and judgements affect her professionalism
