I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in Indiana with 4.5 years of experience working as a psychocounselor and life coach. I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2016. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, coping with life changes, addictions, and mood disorders. I have worked in community mental health with varied experience as well as work within the criminal justice system with ex-offenders. My experience includes working with singles, couples, families, teenagers, adults, LGBT and groups.
My counseling style is warn and interactive. I believe in treating clients with respect, compassion, and empathy while adding value to their lives. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and mediation, emotionally focused techniques and psychodynamic treatment. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment to meet your specific and unique needs. My goal is to provide you with insight, tools, and techniques to help you gain self awareness to help you create lasting change.
I believe we can use the difficult people and difficult times in our lives to help us change and grow personally, or we can allow them to keep us stuck where we are. I also understand change requires courage. If you are willing to take a step toward making changes in your life, I am here to connect with you on your journey to create lasting change. A little about me: I am also a certified teacher, speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team.
I look forward to working with you!

Natalie is great! Best therapist I’ve had in the 15 years I’ve been seeing them!
Natalie is thoughtful and intentional in feedback and therapy sessions.
Natalie has now been my counselor for close to five years. Her expertise has evolved as my needs have also changed. She is encouraging and also provides tough love when it is needed. I hope Natalie is able to provide the guidance and true caring for me and many more for years to come.
She is amazing. I learn something every session!
I have become a more confident and secure person because of my work with Natalie Kramer. Our weekly sessions are always productive and the tools she has given me help me throughout the week. She genuinely cares about me as a person and has my best interest at heart. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to continue working with Natalie.
Natalie is responsive, considerate, and a wonderful listener. Thank you!
Natalie is amazing at what she does. She has helped me to become more self-aware and helped me grow as an individual. I couldn’t ask for a better counselor. She is encouraging and truly cares about her clients’ well-being.
I have been working with Natalie for quite some time now, and she has been nothing but amazing every step of the way. Her approach is very flexible, and she goes at the pace that I am comfortable with when discussing difficult issues. I would recommend her to anyone seeking therapy.
