It would be my privilege to explore your feelings and associating behaviours, that have presented as you navigate through life's challenges.

I have experience working with adults and young people struggling with various issues such as depression, anxiety, obsessions/compulsions, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, mania, hoarding, and dissociation related to traumatic events, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement etc. I have worked with people of various backgrounds, sexual orientations, genders, religions, and cultures. I am passionate therapist, who cares about what is difficult in your life and would appreciate the opportunity to help you work through your vulnerabilities, towards finding relief and living a more fulfilled life.

My counselling style is warm, attentive and non-judgmental. I work from a number of modalities/ perspective tailored towards the individual need of the client, I understand how past and current stressors can affect responses to stressful situations. I also utilize cognitive therapy which is a way to discover how thoughts affect feelings and behaviours in exploring unhelpful coping strategies the present as a result of your experiences. Natasha was clear about my goals and worked hard to help me reach them. So often therapy can feel like it's a random wandering. Natasha helped me reach my goals in a straightforward, no nonsense way.
