Dr. Aboulhosn has given me useful, practical strategies that fit in nicely with my yoga-based practices. (I am a yoga teacher and studio owner.)
She also relates to me on a personal level and understands how important my family is to me.

I have been speaking to Dr Nawal Aboulhosn since the start of August and she has not only given me such great advice and calmed me down during some tough times recently, but also been very kind and understanding in listening to some of the issues I have had with anxiety & anger. She has been very patient with me in listening to me and spoken to me very well in regards to issues I have had with work, family and a relationship with my ex-girlfriend that ended recently. I have opened up to her about a lot of personal matters and she has reassured me each time to be grateful for what I have in my life, what I should be positive about and how important it is to keeping working on myself. She has helped me work on some fundamental issues I did not realize were so serious and has kept driving me on to be a better person for myself. I would definitely recommend her to people who need to speak to someone with whatever issues they are having. She is a great person with a good heart and helped improve my self-confidence when it has been low in recent times!

I was referred to Dr Aboulhosn as my first counsellor and I wouldn't want to change her for anyone else. She is extremely kind and open-minded. She was patient with me when I ranted and she reads my journal entries that I share with her so that we can work together on resolving the issues I am having step-by-step. The worksheets she sends are an eye-opener and I do definitely see myself changing for the better after I have started my sessions with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone :) Thank you Dr A!

Dr Aboulhosn is a cheerful and alert therapist who shows genuine interest in what you have to say and in discovering who you are as a person. I think this helps her to know best how to help me which in turn makes me feel safe in placing my trust in her expertise.
