Thorough and understanding

I’ve gone through so many therapists in my life. I never realized how strongly someone can benefit from therapy until I started seeing Neville. He has respected my needs, been understanding, and allowed me to challenge my thinking process.

Mr Neville has provided me with the tools to understand my childhood and how my unresolved trauma has affected my present self. Things that I have compartmented and packed away, he has helped me to uncover and address. I feel empowered! I would definitely recommend Mr Neville to anyone looking for a kind-hearted and compassionate therapist.

He really helped me out when I needed it the most and I can’t thank him enough for all the support he has given me!

Mr. Tomlinson is the first therapist I have had on Better Help (I’ve had three) that have offered a true clinical approach to therapy. My previous therapist would primarily just allow me to talk and they would listen. Conversely, Mr. Thomlinson have asked the appropriate questions and recommended assessments that will assist me in determining my triggers as well as suitable coping mechanisms that will positively redirect my thoughts and actions. I have learned so much about how my childhood has impacted my ability or inability to maintain healthy and stable relationships. If you are struggling or are interested in learning why you are the way you are and make the decisions you make, I highly recommend Mr. Tomlinson!
