Nia Normand helps me get to reality checks quickly.
I truly value her no-nonsense approach.
After listening to the situation I’m struggling with, her feedback and suggestions really guide me.
For anyone who actively wants to grow in self understanding, I highly recommend her.

So far after 2 sessions she’s been really helpful and she’s humorous which is awesome especially for a 20something she caters to my stage of life but also has wisdom and experience in areas where I’d like to grow and mature, self-assurance, confidence, motherhood <3 I really vibe well with her so far. Plus I enjoy that she gives me feedback and asks me questions and makes me think. She gives me things to work on. I feel like we are a team. She’s not a robot. My in person therapist feels to not offer me much , I am grateful to have both of them though and I’m so thankful I joined this service. I enjoy getting to learn from and work with Nia :)

Nia met me when I was at my lowest. She gave me all the necessary tools to help me build myself back up to an independent person.
