Dr. Ford helped me recover from burnout at work. More importantly, she provided the perspective and insight I needed to help me discover what my actual goals were. I’ll always be grateful for our time together.

Dr. Ford is amazing! She helped me work through things that I didn’t even know existed. With the tools she’s taught me I’m able to navigate many things on my own. Her help working through things has been important but the tools she has taught me are paramount.

Dr. Ford has helped me so much in the month or so I’ve been seeing her. I like my therapists to help me stay on track and keep learning about my self-improvement, instead of having someone to just complain to. She remembers things about me and understands what I need to get where I want to be. I needed someone to hold me accountable and to send homework so I can stay on the right path. She also has a great sense of humor. She is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Dr. Ford's guidance has been very helpful in building my competence in managing tough emotions. She has helped me to identify some of the causes of my struggles in this area and has provided tools for being more mindful of how I approach and respond to triggering situations. She's a considerate and attentive listener, is respectful of patients' time, and provides summaries of each session and independent exercises that are challenging but beneficial. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Ford!
