I work with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and other emotional or behavioral difficulties.
My areas of focus include helping clients develop self-love, strengthen communication skills, process grief and loss, heal from abandonment wounds, improve family and interpersonal relationships, and build healthier coping strategies. I also support individuals experiencing panic attacks, post-traumatic stress, mood-related concerns, workplace stress, life transitions, and challenges related to finding purpose and balance.
