I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with 7 years of experience working with adults suffering with a variety of barriers that prevent them from living their lives fully. I have worked with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, compromised self esteem, major life changes as well as, physical and emotional abuse.
I believe the establishment of a strong trusting relationship is the essential first step in the therapy process. Having that relationship allows both therapist and client to examine the client's life experiences and challenges, as a unique story, told by the client; to be addressed in an unconditional, safe and compassionate setting. It is, after all, the client's story and it is a privilege for the therapist to be allowed to walk there.
My therapy style is Client Centered and Trauma Informed and includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, (DBT), Existential Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy.
I think the value of mental health therapy is still greatly misunderstood in our society today and that making the decision to pursue help in this way is a statement of courage and commitment. If you think I can be of service to you, as you work to improve the fullness and quality of your life, I would love to hear from you.

Nora is a warm presence, a great listener, and very insightful in what she does. Every discussion I have had with her leads to something I hadn't really thought about before. It is early in getting to know me, but I feel like a lot of what she says resonates with what I'm thinking. I would highly recommend her to anyone willing to give it a chance!
An amazing counselor, that really gets to the deep root of things. I have made so much emotional progress since starting sessions with her.
Being introduced to Better Help and my sessions with Nora has really helped me get through a challenging time. Nora has helped me find productive ways to deal with anxiety and given me the confidence to take an active approach to my mental health. Nora is inspiring, easy to talk to, and challenges me to think about things differently. I'm very fortunate to have made a great connection with a great therapist. Highly recommend!
She really understands and listens to what I have to say, I really enjoy her energy and what she brings to the table as a counselor
She's great and I adore her! :)
Nora is friendly and approachable and has a great sense of humor. She creates an environment that is very comfortable for sharing.
Nora helped me through what has been the most challenging time in my professional life. In just a few sessions, I've learned how to set boundaries, how to manage my stress, that this feeling is temporary, the road to comfort is nowt straight and most importantly how to be reflective without being overly critical. Very appreciate for her time and thankful that we matched.
Nora is intelligent, empathetic, and patient. It’s my first time engaging in counseling, and she has made it a comfortable and fruitful experience.
Nora reads to me as someone who is extremely compassionate and understanding. She seems like someone who is really willing to run your circles with you and ready to meet you where you are. I’m thankful that we were matched.
