About me

Hi, I'm Paige Henry. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan. I earned my BSW at Eastern Michigan University and my MSW at the University of Michigan. Since then I have gained experience within a variety of settings from psychiatric hospitals and residential treatment, to community organizations and private practice. I've worked on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, and relationship issues.

I pull from a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I use a client centered and strengths based approach. My goal is to restore hope and confidence in your life as you navigate through its challenges. So whether you've just hit a rough patch or you are battling a more serious ongoing mental health issue, I am excited to start this journey with you.

Paige is the best counselor there is. Very great with listening and providing solutions to resolve any and all issues. She makes me feel very comfortable talking about my problems, and by the end of each conversation and session I feel 10 times better than I did before speaking to her.
