Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Paloma Chavez. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I've been seeing Paloma for about five months now and I feel like I've grown so much. I've been able to process a lot of pain and trauma while also finding ways to cope with present challenges. Our therapeutic relationship has also grown, and I feel like I can talk to her about anything and everything. She validates me and acknowledges my feelings while helping me to find my own answers to my problems. It's been such a great experience with her, and I definitely see myself staying with her long-term.

Although I have on scheduled two sessions with Ms.Chavez, she has been so patient and helpful. I do not feel awkward or pressured to say everything I want in that moment. She lets me ease into my concerns that I need help with. She also isn’t serious the whole time of the session which allows me to feel more comfortable while speaking with her.
