About me

Hi there, and welcome—

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry, or weighed down by sadness, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Reaching out is a powerful first step, and I’m really glad you’re here.

I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a practical and evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools you can actually use in your daily life to feel more balanced, confident, and in control.

My approach is supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be honest, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. Whether you’re dealing with constant worry, low motivation, stress, or just feeling “off,” we can work together to create a path forward that feels right for you.

We can communicate through messaging, live chat, phone, or video sessions—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
You deserve to feel better—and change is absolutely possible.
If you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

Pam is very professional, but very kind and open. She will guide you to understanding what’s going on inside. I was nervous about therapy, but after one session I realized I am in good hands. I am grateful for her help.
