Connected right away. Exceeded my expectations.

Exactly the type of therapist I needed in this phase of my life and treatment. Very experienced from both life and her decades of work in trauma therapy. She was fantastic at facilitating EMDR on a very large trauma for me, an untreated ADHD adult woman, which is no small feat. She understands neurodiversity and to have these 2 qualities in a therapist (trauma informed pro with extensive ADHD knowledge and experience) was invaluable to me. I am very thankful for her help.

Pamela is great, at times I just need someone to listen to me and at times I need feedback/advice. She’s very personable and I have really connected with her given similar experiences.
