About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with 6 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. The issues I have worked with many experience including addiction and recovery counseling, depression, anxiety, stress, conflict resolution, anger management, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder),, ADHD, ADD, OCD, grief and loss, career challenges, and relationship issues just to name a few.

My counseling style is warm, empathetic and direct. I believe in empowerment and self-confidence and treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in labeling and I am determined to be unbiased and objective so as to meet you right where you are. I've only met with Pamela once, but she seemed very nice and listened to my concerns. I feel like I got what I needed out of our call, so will not need to meet with her again. Thanks!

Pamela has been wonderful. From the very first session, she created a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where I felt completely comfortable opening up. She has an incredible ability to listen deeply and provide thoughtful insights that really get to the heart of what’s going on.

What stands out most about Pamela is her empathy and genuine care. She’s fully present, and her guidance feels both professional and personal. I’ve gained valuable tools for managing stress, improving self-awareness, and navigating challenges in a much healthier way.
