This is my second time working with Patricia. She is amazing! So thoughtful and compassionate. She offers thoughtful insights and advice without overpowering or being condescending. She is everything I need in a therapist and an extremely lucky to have connected with her.

Wonderful therapist. Like a dear aunt who loves you and wants the best for you but has also the tools to help you cope with problems. Thank you! I always look forward to my weekly therapy.

Patricia is generous and patient. She allows me to guide the session to my area of need, kindly listens to my half-baked analyses, and then helps me out words to my feelings. She also is particularly understanding and empathetic to the trials of parenthood. She offers clear observations and suggestions but never makes me feel like ‘I have to’ or ‘should’ accomplish them to move forward.

Patricia is a great listener as well as problem solver. She asked tough questions and gave me the tools to work through some complicated struggles in my marriage and personal life. She’s the best and I highly recommend her!

Patricia has been so caring and genuinely supportive on my mental wellness journey. She doesn't even specialize in my specific issue but has easily been the most helpful of any therapist I've tried. She knows her field and guides the conversation easily with structure and thoughtful questions.
