During our first session, Patricia was able to identify patterns of thoughts and anxiety triggers from our conversation. It was refreshing to have an objective, yet invested, person listen to repeating themes and triggers. It helped me learn to be more aware of self-talk and not listening to the anxiety voice in my head. She provides worksheets and additional information. She faithfully sends weekly/ bi-weekly messages. She is dedicated and committed to improving the mental health of others.
