I came to Patti in a state of total despair, exhausted from years of trying to stuff down my emotions just to stay functional. Patti helped me realize I had been living in survival mode. Patricia Karl is a very intuitive therapist, she really emphasizes on open and direct communication. Her personality and approach provides a safe environment to where an individual who has trust issues can lay out all their issues onto the table and receive empathy, support, and constructive feedback. She also incorporates the Bible within her sessions if you’re interested in that, for me it’s making a difference. I recommend giving her a try and also be patient, be genuine, and be yourself.

I’ve done therapy, read self help books, self deprivation tank, practiced meditation. She is the ULTIMATE devil’s advocate. She not only hears you, but gives you resources to elevate your healing journey. Take her with a grain of salt, listen to yourself and DO YOUR HOMEWORK. You’ll see great success when you really hear what she’s got to say.

Patty not only makes me feel safe to express myself in any way, but is an excellent listener. She offers very useful tactics to implement into my relationship, and I’ve seen positive results since working with her, plus my anxiety level is always lowered after speaking with her. Highly recommend.

My Therapist Patricia is very caring and helpful we’ve only have had two sessions and honestly she makes me feel more heard and understood that people ive know for years. I highly recommend her and better help to anyone honestly. Patricias sessions will now be a MUST have thing I need to do every week. She helps me stay hopeful and keep going in life and as a person.
