I have spoken with Patsy 3 times now and each session she has introduced me to new strategies that has helped me in my healing process. I have been iffy with finding a new therapist especially with being 23 and not understanding if I would find someone who could relate and listen to me, but I understand now that it’s essential to grow. I am thankful to have been matched with her and I recommend her to any person who needs help. She has given not only passion to her clients, but also tools to figure out the problem. I believe she is a therapist who saves lives, and I would recommend her to anyone searching for that safe space.

She's really attentive and she is willing to give her honest opinions about certain situations and is really cares about her clients. She gives really insight and guides her audience when it comes to self-reflection and helps them be the best they can be.

Patsy has become someone that I can be open with and be myself without judgement but the bonus is her clear, concise and caring method of therapy. Finding a therapist is almost as trivial as the dating world, so when you have a good match you learn to appreciate it.

Patsy has been so compassionate, understanding and helpful. She lets me speak without interrupting or leading the conversation, she asks incisive questions that help me reframe and reflect on things from another perspective, and she remembers and references things I said in previous sessions. I didn't think I would enjoy video therapy and I don't think it would work with just anyone, but Patsy made me feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend this therapist :)

Patsy is very good at talking me through my issues and providing a helpful feedback and plan to resolve the situation and move forward to better myself. She has a calm demeanour and has a very gentle yet firm way of helping me resolve my problems and to avoid said problems in the future.
