About me
**45 Minutes Can Change Your Week — 12 Weeks Can Change Your Life**
Welcome. If you’re here, chances are you’re ready for change—and you don’t want therapy to take years to deliver it. My approach is designed to meet that urgency.
I offer **Solution-Focused Brief Therapy** with a twist: it’s a **coaching-type, lifestyle-first program** that lasts 12 weeks. We focus on practical shifts that help you move from stuck to self-led. Think of it as therapy with structure, momentum, and room to breathe.
Each **45-minute session** is paired with **daily 10–15 minute “homework” via messaging**—gentle prompts to track progress and tweak what isn’t working. This allows you to build new habits while staying connected between sessions, making the experience dynamic, not static.
I don’t rush to pathologize. Instead, I ask: what if your symptoms are signals—and your lifestyle is the cure? Often, once we address sleep, boundaries, internal self-talk, and daily structure, your clarity and calm naturally rise to the surface.
**You drive the process. I help you steer.**
Together, we create change that sticks—not because I hand you answers, but because we build a system that aligns with who you are and how you want to live.

I'm a first-time user of betterhelp and I'm grateful that my first therapist, Ma'am Patti, has been a great match for me. She's an excellent listener and therapist. She gives me homework that I can do and practice daily to improve my mental health. Also, communicating in English and Tagalog makes our sessions comfortable and easier. Thank you, Ma'am Patti!

Patti is a great therapist. She is very knowledgeable and she’s a great listener. She makes me feel heard and she gives me a different frame of reference to think from that I wouldn’t have thought about. She has really helped me sort through the issues I have been going through and has helped me feel like I’m not broken.
