Great knowledge and understanding my issue.

I read through the specialist areas in Paul's bio and have to say to anyone looking to learn acceptance of life circumstances, acceptance of self, self esteem, relationship building, he is going to be a great choice for you. He has helped me through years of social isolation, and I have finally started to realize how that is one of the most harmful states to be in, isolation changes your brain. I've finally joined some groups and socialize daily.

Paul has been nothing but kind and attentive whenever we speak and it means a lot the effort he makes to listen and talk during our calls.
