These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Paul Laskowski. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

A session with Paul is like a warm hug. He's my second therapist in BetterHelp, and I couldn't be more grateful to have found him!! He's incredibly patient, he makes you feel safe, he's incredibly professional yet so incredibly human at the same time. He's so so kind, yet he will guide you to walk out of your comfort zone, hand in hand. It's a rare combination of amazing qualities that have shown me not only how precious therapy could be, and how much I needed it, but also how much I would love to continue working with him towards a better brighter future ◡̈. I completely recommend him!

Paul Laskowski is an EXCELLENT therapist.

It took me a couple of tries before finding Paul but I knew he would be my therapist from day 1.

Paul helped me get through a very difficult time in my life and I will always be thankful for that.

He checks up on me days after our sessions to see how I’m going and he always answers my messages on time. He sends me worksheets which I find very useful and he introduced me into journaling, which changed my life. He always remembers everything I share with him in sessions. It’s incredible.

I feel hopeful for the future now!

Thank you Paul! You’re the best :)

Paul has been nothing short of life changing. He is so supportive and challenges me in the right ways to better myself as a person. I feel more comfortable with my emotions and able to cope with my anxieties in a healthier way. Paul is kind, empathetic and has helped me to communicate my feelings in a safe space which was something I thought I could not do. I am really thankful for his expertise and support.

I have just done my final session, for now! I needed this therapy more than I realised and Paul was the best therapist suited to me. Honestly I'm so thankful he's been my therapist through this journey. And I say final session for now because I'm not closing the door on therapy, I just used it as a tool I very much needed at the time. I put the work in every day since I started, and Paul helped me see I am more than capable of getting to where I am now, he showed me that journalling is an amazing tool, and it really is! Journalling helped so so much, after being reluctant to try it, once I started I haven't stopped. It's my daily conversation with myself to see how im doing. Paul is really good at giving tasksheets related to what you need, and again at first I was slightly reluctant but the more I opened up to myself the more I took the tasksheets on as a tool to help myself and I have benefited so much. Paul is professional, on time, messages regularly and sends any information he thinks would be beneficial, he listens and keeps up with your journey, remembering everything that happens from session 1 to however many! He knows how to help you help yourself.
This whole experience has made me present with myself, and accept and care for the person I was when I began therapy. I honestly can't thank and recommend Paul enough but I know he'd say you've done the work you've helped yourself, he's amazing, thank you Paul you're a wonderful person and you really really helped me understand what was happening, I appreciate every single session and emotions you helped me bring out that I didn't need to bottle up.
