Paul has helped me immensely with challenges engaging and resolving conflict with my wife. I am a far better father and husband when I’m learning in our sessions and working on my personal difficulties and frictions.

Paul has been transformational for me - this is my first time with therapy after dismissing it for so long, thinking that I didn't need it. Paul really noticed and helped guide me on this journey. He is very understanding whilst giving real advice and tips to help me with my day-to-day. We are about 12 weeks in, and whilst there is still some way to go, I have discovered that my weekly call with Paul is time that I treasure - we get to speak about what's going on and really just help me to focus on me for an hour a week.

Paul is soo helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. Non judgemental but helped me to understand and talk through ideas. Also regularly checks in and sets goals and worksheets to help achieve the goals. He is really good at his job 10/10

A session with Paul is like a warm hug. He's my second therapist in BetterHelp, and I couldn't be more grateful to have found him!! He's incredibly patient, he makes you feel safe, he's incredibly professional yet so incredibly human at the same time. He's so so kind, yet he will guide you to walk out of your comfort zone, hand in hand. It's a rare combination of amazing qualities that have shown me not only how precious therapy could be, and how much I needed it, but also how much I would love to continue working with him towards a better brighter future ◡̈. I completely recommend him!
