Paula is the best! I was very hesitant about therapy and skeptical about the entire idea, however Paula has allowed me to feel comfortable enough to speak and share with her my current struggles. That being said I enjoy our mini sessions and look forward to further healing. I also appreciate how she asks the tough questions that really get to the root! She's amazing thankyou Paula!!

Paula has been a wonderful counselor and was just what I needed for this season of my life. She carries all of the qualities I would want to see in a counselor. She is easy to talk with, holds no judgement, and offers wonderful psychoeducational techniques when needed.
