About Me

My name is Peggy Wilson, I have a Masters degree in Human Science with an emphasis on workplace behavior. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years experience. My background in the business world in leadership positions in the profit and non profit setting, along with my mental health training and experience,
equips me to make a valuable contribution to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, lack of coping skills, feelings of uncertainty, emptiness, lack, difficulty adjusting to life changes and transitions. Much of our lives are centered around our work or lack of work across our lifespan; it is important to become enlightened to the drivers of our own behavior and how it impacts business and personal relationships. Very often clients discover barriers, childhood traumas, self-sabotaging and self-esteem roadblocks that impact every area of their life and create needless struggle and pain.

My approach to helping my clients is to act as a guide and raise their level of awareness to resolve or dissolve problems that could otherwise create a lifetime of suffering.
I am living, breathing proof that good counseling has the potential to bring peace of mind and feelings of well-being. I work with my clients to set goals and landmarks and encourage them to keep going. Counseling is a process, it can make the biggest difference in your life.

I started therapy after my mothers death in may of this year. I was anxious about therapy but I knew it was what I needed.
I’m so thankful I got matched with Peggy! She has been so supportive, kind, and gives wonderful advice and tricks for staying present and mindful in the moment. She really has helped me through a lot of my fear and anxiety about my career, relationships and life in general. , she has encouraged me to start loving myself, which has been incredibly difficult for me. But everyday is a little easier, a little brighter, and I’m enjoying my life a little more each day.
Of course the struggles of daily life are still here, but that’s just life, I’m learning to focus on the good, accept the bad, ignore the ugly, and bask in the beauty and glory of this crazy life. Miss Peggy has been incredibly instrumental throughout my healing process!
I look forward to our conversations as often as I can schedule them.
Much love and peace! ✌

Kind, very understandable, very caring and encouraging. She takes your words to heart and helps you realize the root of your situation. I'm really grateful to have her in my life.

Peggy came into my life when I needed her most. I can’t even begin to describe how helpful she’s been to me, but I feel like a new person and we only really talked about one aspect of life

Peggy is a great counselor. She helps me think rationally and offers perspective I wouldn’t have otherwise. She is quick to respond and I leave our conversations feeling hopeful and more at peace than before.

Having a childhood trauma of rape and a few bad experiences with therapy before I was hesitant to do this. After the very first video meeting with Peggy Wilson (MA, LPC) I felt an overwhelming relief of comfort and trust in her as well as growth in my journey to a healthy mind. Thank you so much Peggy you really are a life saver!

I really enjoyed my first appointment with Peggy Wilson. It was extremely helpful and she gave me hope for learning new coping mechanisms and ways to spend my time other than turning to unhealthy avenues such as alcohol and sex.

I am really looking forward to working with her in the future.

Peggy is the Best! She listens, helps you understand what your feeling, her wisdom is spot on, she speaks truth in love, gives me things to work on and helps me work through them. She has made a big impact in my life! So thankful for Peggy!

Peggy Wilson is amazing at what she does. She understanding and supportive and helps me to look at things from a different perspective. She helps me by not telling me what to do but by suggestions she makes. That is the best part. Most therapist I have had tell me what to do instead of give me suggestions of things I can try to help the situation. She is all around an amazing person and counselor.
