About me

Hey there! I'm Penni :)

I'm a licensed clinical therapist in Louisiana with over a decade of experience supporting clients through life's most challenging transitions. I work with clients of all backgrounds and ages, from middle school to older adults, with a particular focus on helping older adults navigate the complexities of aging, grief, and life purpose.

My approach is grounded in understanding the interconnected nature of emotional wellbeing. I specialize in supporting individuals working through depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem concerns, as well as the deeper issues that often underlie these experiences—including trauma, guilt, shame, and feelings of abandonment. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients examine relationship patterns, communication challenges, and the impact of codependency and narcissistic dynamics on their lives.

I believe you're the expert of your story and your life experiences, and that we all have strengths inside that can and will assist us in overcoming challenges and the ways that life ... life's. As long as we don't give up. I'm a believer that we all have the answers we’re looking for inside of us; sometimes we need just somebody to help us dig deep enough to find them. Not everyone believes they can, some just don't subscribe to that notion. And that’s okay. My goal is to help guide you through those things. Without judgment. Without deciding for you.

It takes a lot of courage to admit a need, seek out and accept help from a stranger. I'm proud of you for getting started! It's an honor to be able to walk alongside you.
