Very helpful I would highly recommend him

Im always shocked at how fast he replies to a journal entry and his responses are encouraging, supportive and also makes me think. Ive been in therapy years ago and this journey has been a better experience. I can be open with my thoughts and feelings without the feeling of being judged. Great match for me.
