Phillip Redden, LMFT
About me
Many people reach a point where the stress of relationships, trauma, or life transitions begins to feel overwhelming. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families in multicultural and high-stress environments.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in trauma, I work with people who are navigating relationship challenges, emotional wounds from the past, and the pressures that life places on families.
I believe that you are the expert of your own story, and that within you already exist strengths that can help you move toward healing and growth.
