Phyllis is an amazing therapist who gave me all of the tools I need for when my anxiety is filling me up and when I feel myself slipping back into depression. I am having less and less of those moments! Phyllis is a great listener and asks the important questions to get to the root of the situation. Thank you Phyllis!

Just had my second session with Phyllis, so far she’s absolutely attentive, listens and makes really helpful suggestions when needed, and is really great at honing in on what areas may need targeting or further discussion. Just a really great experience so far!
