I cannot tell you how much Rachael has changed my life. If my heart and brain was a tangled ball of fairy lights, through her care and guidance, she manages to help you identify the exactly bulb to unloosen the knots. Her way of supporting you feels continually safe and she has the ability to listen deeply enough to ask you the right questions in the right way to help you understand your needs and wants. She balances kindness and approachability with professionalism and knowledge with ease and confidence. I could not recommend her more highly, and have in fact sent her details to numerous friends. She is an exceptional therapist and I could not be more grateful for all the ways in which she has helped me understand, navigate and process some incredibly deep and complex traumas.

Early days. Found my first session very helpful and looking forward to building on that

Rachael is empathetic and lets you lead the session, but comes in to help you along as needed. She is mixed modality, but I find she works with me being person-centred, as a qualified counsellor myself. She is also great at understanding ND (Neurodivergent) traits and being supportive of ND people.

Rachael is an exceptional professional—thoughtful, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I felt understood and guided with care and clarity. Highly recommend working with her.

I received a late diagnosis of combined-type ADHD at the start of this month, so I decided to switch therapist to someone more suited to support neurodivergence and after reading Rachael’s reviews I felt as if she was the perfect fit for me. Having Rachael as my new therapist (even after only 2 sessions) has been very beneficial for me in terms of adjusting to my diagnosis and learning new coping methods. Previously, a lot of therapy I had was tailored to mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, which was never quite right for me. It is obvious that Rachael has a lot of knowledge about neurodivergence, she has been very good at reading me and understanding me when I talk about my struggles. For the first time in therapy after being in and out of therapy for 10 years, I finally feel like the advice I’m getting is helping me. It’s only the beginning for me and I’m looking forward to what is yet to come in mine and Rachael’s sessions. She makes me look forward to bettering myself.❤️
