Having seen Rachael for three weeks I feel listened to, understood and supported throughout. Having seen previous therapists, I’ve never felt so optimistic about my journey, healing and general improvement. With setting work and goals she’s been fantastic, she’s understood the way I work best and implemented a strong path forward. Would highly recommend Rachael!

Rachael is an amazing therapist. She is incredibly professional. Rachael is an excellent listener both during live sessions and while messaging/reading journal entries. This is highlighted by her ability to extract the important pieces of information/observations from long live explanations and messages. I always feel heard and I am stimulated to think in different ways. The progress I have made has surprised myself in only as little as three sessions. I could not recommend Rachael more to anyone experiencing difficulties with their mental health.
