About me
Hello and welcome, I would be honored to walk with you during your healing journey. I’m here to be your vibe guide
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns of overthinking, or struggling to cope with life changes and relationship stress.
Many of the individuals I work with are used to being the strong one. They are often the person others rely on, yet behind the scenes they may be struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, self-doubt, trauma, or the pressure of carrying so much for so long. Over time, constantly pushing through can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of how to move forward.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, self-esteem concerns, communication difficulties, boundary-setting challenges, and emotional burnout. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are without fear of judgment while gaining practical tools, deeper insight, and healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more balanced, confident, and connected to the life you want to build.
You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply know that something needs to change, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
I look forward to meeting and working with you.

Rachel has been a godsend to me in my time of need. I’ve never received therapy before, so I was a little apprehensive about how things would go in general. She has been nothing but receptive to my needs and accountable! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for an amazing therapist ❤️
