Rachel is a kind and empathetic counselor that thoughtfully listens to my convoluted rants and provides insightful opinions while keeping me on track (I tend to go off on tangents). She has provided excellent advice and educational resources that have changed my life for the better. She has also helped me design goals and stick to them. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get the most out of their sessions.

Working with Rachel has been a lovely experience. As someone who has participated in therapy regularly for over a decade, it's hard to find a therapist who can provide a space for deep healing work and Rachel has absolutely done that. She has a special gift for reflecting back what I have shared in a way that opens up new discoveries and perspectives.

Rachel is wonderful. Every time at the start of the session I think “I don’t have anything in particular to talk about today” and we would end up talking easily the whole time. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone seeking therapy! She made a huge difference for me during a stressful time of moving and getting married.
