Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rachel Berger. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Rachel is very knowledgeable and helpful on a variety of issues from boundaries to coping with with new diagnoses. I will gladly recommend Rachel to other people in need of a therapist.
Rachel truly makes me feel seen. They do a great job of keeping me focused on my goals and helping me identify my emotions. Highly recommend.
Rachel is a very patient and compassionate counselor. She provides a feeling of safety, where you are free to be vulnerable. Rachel is really good at helping foster “eureka” moments related to my conditions. It’s a form of self discovery that occurs from simply talking about problems. I’m grateful for Rachel.
Working with Rachel has been a lovely experience. As someone who has participated in therapy regularly for over a decade, it's hard to find a therapist who can provide a space for deep healing work and Rachel has absolutely done that. She has a special gift for reflecting back what I have shared in a way that opens up new discoveries and perspectives.
She has been absolutely amazing so far!
Rachel is wonderful. Every time at the start of the session I think “I don’t have anything in particular to talk about today” and we would end up talking easily the whole time. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone seeking therapy! She made a huge difference for me during a stressful time of moving and getting married.
Rachel is amazing! Highly recommend!

Rachel gave me a wonderful space to process and she had several insights that helped shift my thinking and perception on the situation I was seeking counseling for. Thank you!
Rachel has been wonderful so far. She has a kind, understanding tone that makes me feel safe and comfortable talking to her. She's also very responsive. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a kind supportive person to listen.
Ms. Berger has responded thoughtfully and thoroughly to each of my journal entries, feels like a genuinely supportive listener and reinforces my growth. I've had a great experience with her.
Highly recommend. She has been a great help with my depression and anxiety. Great listener and helper.
I appreciate Rachel's sensitivity and empathy during and outside of the sessions. She's perceptive and accommodates my needs. Sharing with her offers me the space to be my authentic self. Thank you for making space.
Rachel is great; I love how she helps me reframe my thoughts in a very simple way.
Rachel is a wonderful therapist, she doesn’t feel cold and analytical like my last one. i feel very comfortable talking to her and working through my problems with her help
Rachel is probably the best counselor I’ve ever had. I had to change counselors after my first one on this service, and it was such a good choice. Rachel is very organized, she remembers what was discussed in previous meetings, her advice and guidance is logical, analytical, and really keeps me grounded. She’s amazing.
She is very respectful and validating. Talking to her is easy and she offers helpful questions and possible solutions. I've really appreciated my experiences so far.
Rachel is kind, compassionate and takes the time to listen. I appreciate that she took notes during our sessions in order to revisit topics we discussed before in order to follow up. I am grateful for her help.
Rachel has been of great help.

Rachel is an excellent listener and is on top of sessions. Responds in the chat within 24 hours, always on time to appointments, and is very sweet.
