I feel heard and understood. Rachel is a great therapist and she knows how to listen and focus on the issues while still promoting confidence, self love, and understanding. Glad I was matched with her.

Rachel is a very concerned, considerate, patient person, with great advice, and homework, that puts your mind on a thinking process to care in ways you have forgotten. Especially works on me to look at myself. Rachel really looks deeper into me which helps me to process life openly.

Rachel is great at addressing your needs directly but compassionately. She meets you where you are and challenges you to grow. She’s amazing.

Rachel is very thoughtful, considerate and kind! I appreciate her perspective on things as well as helping me focus back to myself, which I have been lacking. She is an excellent therapist and I would highly recommend her!

I’ve had a good half dozen therapists throughout my life, but none understand me more than Rachel. She not only supports me, but she holds me accountable for my thoughts/actions while giving me helpful solutions. I feel seen. I feel heard…and most of all I feel like things are truly getting better for me because of her guidance and wisdom. It’s an unexplainable feeling. I’m so happy I reached out for help and even more so that I have her as my therapist.
