About me
Do you ever find yourself feeling overwhelmed or boggled down with everyday stressors and struggles? We have all been there before. I believe that everyone needs a supportive, objective person to talk to when they are struggling and deciding which move to make next. I can be that supportive person for you. I have experience in substance abuse, child/adolescent counseling, anxiety/depression, coping skills, etc... My main goal as a counselor is to make a difference in the lives of others, and hopefully provide you with helpful tools for whatever journey you may be on in your life.
I have been in the counseling field since 2005. My roles in life are probably not much different from your own; I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, teacher, coach, and friend. Please allow me to utilize my professional and personal experience to help you with your current struggles.

I’ve just restarted therapy after many years, and I was very nervous (and had never done online therapy), but Rachel was so warm and welcoming! Before I knew it I was telling her all of my concerns and my whole life story, she’s very knowledgeable and is giving me great advice, resources, reading materials to help me navigate this hard time in my life.

Mrs Rachel has been a blessing to me, in my time of being a very dark place she gave me guidance to see my way out of it without being too pushy and forcing me, she wanted me to help myself. And I really needed that

Rachel is very thorough and to the point in discussions. She's very patient, insightful and has a lot of wisdom about how to tackle issues from my perspective and skill set. She gives me new ways to approach problems that are very realistic and possible. Even though I haven't been a patient of hers for long, I can already see a noticeable change in my mental health, my behavior, and in my life as a result. Thank you Rachel, you're the best!
