I am licensed in Maryland with 10 years of professional work experience with diverse and multicultural population using evidence-based approaches which include, CBT, Solution Focused therapy. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, grief and depression. I also have experience working with people who have criminal recidivism. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
