Reviews

I have only ever had one therapist before Ms Rachel and I never felt like she understood me and I constantly felt like I couldn’t be vulnerable. Ms Rachel hasn’t pushed me to talk about things that make me uncomfortable but has given me a safe space to talk about my past, and actively helps me strengthen my relationship with God. I am a student, and I work and she never pushes me to do more than I’m capable of and has helped me with planning numerous times and made sure my emotional load wasn’t too much. I think she is exactly who I needed and that God just might have sent her in my direction. I will always recommend Ms Rachel.😊
